I'm finding that having players set to winger rather than inside forward is more productive.
The wingers are scoring more goals than the inside forward role.
Anyone else having this?

I had it a lot when I first got 2014, before all the updates. Not really played enough since to know now

I have noticed this too. My winger is much better suited as an inside foward but he only scores when played as a winger. I play him on the left flank and hes right footed. I play 4-1-1-2-2 with two offensive winger and two strikers, AF and TM. Dunno why this is.

What I don't get about my IFs is they love to run outside instead of cutting inside even tho they have cuts inside as a ppm. It's frustrating as there's usually a ton of space to run into....but no let's go outside the fullback and then get past him, stop and wait to be tackled.

On mine I have a winger (support) on the left and inside forward (attack) on the right but my winger scores so much more than the IF...weird

Id play 1 winger and 1 inside foward and focus passing down the winger side and the inside foward gets a lot more goals.
