Winning tacitc for Liverpool

Can anyone please help me get a perfect tactic for Liverpool? Or any other team.
I play football manager A LOT! - but it's hard to find a good tactic..
 
I've seen all this before. But i don't think there is a tactic for me. I want to play 4-2-3-1 (4-5-1). Can you tell me what i should do?
 
I think you should ask in the first thread, download something that fits what you want in the 2nd link or create your own using the 3rd link.

C-Goalkeeper Defend - Mignolet
L-Fullback Automatic - Moreno
R-Fullback Automatic - Clyne
L-Center Back Defend - Sakho
R-Center Back Defend - Skrtel
R-Deep-Lying Play Maker Defend - Can
L-Center Midfielder Defend - Henderson
L-Inside Forward Support - Coutinho
C-Attacking Midfielder Support - Firmino
R-Inside Forward Attack - Yarmolenko
C-Complete Forward Attack - Sturridge

Subs;

Bogdan, Arbeloa, Gomes, Milner, Allen, Ings, Lallana

High Tempo, High Defensive Line, Direct Passing, High Closing Down, Stay on Feet, Look for Overlap, Play out from the Back.

Then players have their own options, but these can be flexible.

Sold - Benteke, Lucas, Lovren
Bought - Yarmolenko, Arbeloa + lots of the best young players and sent them out on loan.

Won the League and Euro Cup 1st season.

Sold - Can, Lallana, Balotelli, Markovic, Sakho, Allen, Ings, Arbeloa, Wisdom, Ilori, Alberto
Bought - Rulli, Rodriguez, Mustafi, Bernardo Silva, Kovacic, Carvajal

C-Goalkeeper Defend - Rulli
L-Fullback Automatic - Rodriguez
R-Fullback Automatic - Carvajal

3 games in 2nd season and just need the team to gel.

Always in pre-season set your training to Teamwork and match tactics and Very High, I then swap my training from each of the options on average - Attacking + Attacking movement, Defense + Defensive positioning, Ball Control + Attacking Set Pieces, Tactics + Defending Set Pieces etc. Then after winter I go for all into defense training and no match day training.

Yes, only really for the fullbacks to force them a bit wider and then all my attackers to tightly mark and tackle hard (helps win the ball back up the field.)

Just play around with them, but a lot of what you need get set by the position type and role etc.

Get Skrtel to tutor Gomez if possible - he's tutored him twice for me and given excellent stat boosts, I played Gomez in 25 games and he's now a 3* defender with even higher potential. He will turn into a beast, but really needs time.

was this on the beta or the full game?? because on the full game i am having no luck at all
