Winning the League with Arsenal

Hi, i'm about to start a new game with Arsenal. I would like to win the league in the first league. If i don't then I would like a team strong enough to win the title the next season.
So, what players should I sign?? and what players should I sell?? Also, i know its not in the right section but what do you think the best tactic for winning the league. As we all know, Arsenal play brilliant football but lack that cutting edge so I want to build a squad that are strong and unlikely to concede and then i can think about beautiful football. So what players can I sign with the small budget given??? Thanks

First of all, you'll get a telling off from everybody because there are help threads and search tools.

Secondly, Arsenal have a strong enough squad capable of winning the league as it is. Just play a 4-1-2-1-2 and you'll be fine. Trust me. <)
