Withdrawing Players from International Duty

How do I withdraw players from international duty? As you can see from the screenshot the players in the main team do not have the option to be withdrawn. Any idea why is this?

ah that mght explain it. thank you. My players are seriously tired after the copa america and euro 2016 in the same season. they are always jaded and tired after a match.
