I am using Fulham and really looking for an AML (Inside Forward) so I might buy Thorgan Hazard. Is he worth it?

I will surely buy Jenkinson because he is English and I need a backup at RB.

Sign Jenkinson thats a bargain,Maybe get Kalas on a loan and if he does good then sin hi, next season, Hazard erm yes hes good but for £5.5M theirs better players, E.G Ben Marshall, Pablo Sarabia, Federico Bernardeschi.

Thanks! Can you suggest other AML on second season that will not break my bank? I think I can spend 8 million - 10 million. Depay and Bernard were signed by PSG and Bayern. I got Bakkali on a free but he's not yet Prem quality.
