playing 4-4-2 with Hooper next to him. nothing is working he is playing **** all the time. help and suggestions please

play them both as defensive forwards, and have hard-working midfielders

they will start to score goals but it wont be pretty

try it and see if it improves your results. you don't want them to actually sit tight and mark, but instead just work hard to win balls in the opponent half - and the defensive forward lets him play that way
