Wolverhampton tactic, must stay in PL!!!!

Have just started a new career with Wolves, need to get a tactic to make me not go down to the championship. I dont care how, just a tactic that makes me stay out of the three last places!

Im very impacient. I have just played one match (1-1 against Dunferlime away in a friendly) and allready after that match i just wanted to smash my laptop. It stood that my defenders and midfielders was too far away from each other and that the strikers was isolated up there. i tried to change tactics but nothing seemed to work.

I have bought Benitez (striker), and some coaches.

Please help!!!!

Use a 4-1-1-4 with 2 insdie forwards.

have your normal defensive line
then play Karl Henry just infront of them
then put milijas or david jones as supporting midfielders
Put Fletcher on the right wing and make him inside forward. Does amazing.
I bought David Di Genaro and stuck him on the left and he did good aswell.
Doyle and Benitez both poachers.

Came 13th in the league and used the same tactic the next season and came 5th.
