WTF I came fifth with west ham and I had a transfer budget for title challenge at 750k :O

Assistant said were strong in midfield but defence is real weak but strikeforce isnt that bad, Just signed Cattermole 12.25 Million and James McCarthy for £5 Million

Using el Devsato tactic but tweaked to suit the team 4-2-4 basically!!

The £30 Million was for Continental Qualification, always like to go below what i expect so i dont dissapoint!! West ham Finished 6th :L

CB: Bikey from Burnley, should be good enough and you can get him for 2 mil max; Georgi Terziev for the future. You can get him for less than 1 mil.
ST: Thiago Ribeiro, Dentinho, Moussa Saw - Complete foward, Adv. Foward and Poacher.
 
Defenders:

Raphaël Varane - RC Lens (Good and young)
Chris Smalling - Loan
Tobias Figueiredo - Sporting Clube de Potugal (Good and young)
Kyle Walker - Spurs (Good and young)
Anton Ferdinand (Maybe)
Chicao - Corinthians (Old but still good)

Strikers:

Andre-Pierre Gignac - OM
Eduardo - Shaktar
Carlos Vela - Arsenal
Rivaldo - Mogi Mirim (Surprisingly good for his age and should be cheap)

Also check the Transfer listed and Loan listed markets as you can sometimes pick up some gems for cheap.
