Wolves 3rd season (27M)

I have just finished my secound season with wolves and i have finished 3rd in the prem. However i need new quality players and i have been given 27 million pounds. I am looking for a CM, CB'S, LB, AML, ST and a GK. I know there is alot but any thoughts would be appreciated a lot.

Agger/Skrtel are consistently good in my Liverpool save (7.70 average rating over 30 apps so far)
Isco is also amazing

left back jetro williems if u negotiate u can get him for 8 million cb's look for some regens that are 18 now aml gaitan does a steady job as a winger if u dont mind taking it easy on signings for a bit go for leandro damiao over 48 months with some money upfront to ease the burden of how much ur paying over 48 months he is a beast 40+ goals a season and for cm u shud be able to get balotti on a free he'll prob only be 3 star rated but dont worry about that he will put in some solid performances as a bwm in the middle of the park
