Hi, I'm new to FM having only bought it the other day and I'm struggling to find any consistency in results, I'm currently 121th in the league with a squad of players I thought would've been good enough to see me in the top 6 at minimum. I've tried various different formations and tactic but nothing is working. Which each new tactic I tend to get 2 or 3 decent results followed by another bout of poor results. Where am I going wrong?
