Turns out she manages Chelsea Women IRL

I play as a female manager because I am a female! Been playing FM since I was about 11. ^^)

I've seen it happen several times, my team even got beaten to promotion by a team lead by a female once. I play as a female sometimes and have even done the Quaduple of league, FA Cup, League Cup and European Cup as one (yes I'm another female player and have been playing since the days of Championship Manager 2, just because football is male dominated it doesn't mean a female can't enjoy it or actually like tis type of game.
