I am looking to take over a Premiership team and make a team of young wonderkids who will (atempt) to stick together through thick and thin and dominate the word over the coming decades.

I am looking for opinions on players to bring in who are wonderkids or stars under 21, regardless of money as some will become long term targets.

I am new to the game hence looking for opinions, I will be basing the formation around a 442.
