wonder manchester city tem and can't decide what tactic to play

Hi , I am Man City in the 2009/2010 season on fm 2010 and here is my team:
Gk- Iker casillas
DL- Ashley Cole
DR- Daniel Alves
DC- Rio Ferdinand
DC- Carlos Puyol
AML- Lionel Messi
AMR- Cristiano Ronaldo
MC- Cesc Fabregas
MC- Kaka
FC- David Villa
FC- Fernando Torres

My problem is, i cant seem to win, i just got beat of birmingham 1-0 lol. Has anyone got any ideas what tactic to play please, im playinn 4-4-2 at the moment. Or maybe i player that is good quality to play please
