Wonderchilds for Reserve team

Playing with Southampton and need a longterm plan for being a worldclass team. So if anybody knows a good list with wonderchilds that will be monsters in a few years.

* Not to expensive
* Willing to go to a championship team (Southampton)
* Becomes worldplayers
