Wonderful 442 tactics for 14.1.4

After success with Cardiff and Everton, I begin to test it with Arsenal, the result is just good, but it is far from the result I want, it confuse me for a long time, why Arsenal has the better player than Everton, but can't archive the better or same result? Suddenly I realized maybe the instruction "Get Stuck In" of team is wrong, because most Arsenal players are tech type, not the strong kind, so I remove this instruction , it now get superub result now, win and win, it even can beat PSG away 4-0!
Now the problem is I am not sure remove "Get Stuck In" is suitble for all teams or just suitable for the tech kind teams, I will test it later if I have enough time(this game consume so so much time of your life!!), many thanks here if somebody can test it for me!
 
I've done the double in my first season with Leyton Orient with this tactic. Won Skybet League 1 and FA Cup. Eliminated Fulham in semi-final and won against Chelsea in final. Also won Community Shield against Man City. No save/load. First and only attempt. Although i made some minor tweaks during these games. Like switching to counter when i got the lead and defensive in final minutes, changing WM's role to DW and specific tight marking to opposition wingers etc... Really great tactic man, simple yet effective. Keep it up and thanks!
 
Right,after 5 games you have the master tactics. If it is any consolation I have used Chrissy's tactics until then but I afraid to say that yours kick ***!!!
 
Been looking to adapt my team to using a 4-4-2 formation. So far I've only used strange and weird formations, but with huge success. Mainly two, one to control posession and one direct. Will be looking at this for inspiration. But by looking at the post-match screenshots I find it hard believing this tactic works well.

Opposition seems to be doing better at everything. How are you winning so much? You seem to be able to stop everyone from scoring yet they have way more posession and shots on target. Sure, I've lost games where I have had 20 shot on target and they've had 3. But thats usually because of poor performances and not the tactics. Which is why I'm very sceptical, but I'm currently in pre-season so I'll try it. :)
 
tried this one and on start had some great results but as team got familiar with formation results start to go down. In particular defense is very problematic part of it.

is there any tweak or something?

I assign tranning and match preparation to my assistant
 
How about to compare this tac to Jassar Modern Warfare ? better ?
 
Tested this tactic with Man Utd (I know I know) with no real reinforcements the first season. Currently 28 games in the league with 23 wins and 5 draws while being undefeated, scoring 66 goals and conceded 12. I'm dominating all of my games and even in the 5 draws that I managed, they were something like 20 shots from my team while my opposition has 5/6, so I would put that down to luck. The only downside is the amount of yellow cards that my team gets and that's about it. Really good tactic.
 
Im playing Cardiff and end up on 10th position in 1st season...great tactic indeed but I had some strange runs, which perhaps could be assigned to my players lack of experience and changes I've made in squad.

For example had run of 6 or more games without losing and that 5-6 all lost etc.

But overall excellent tactic and great work m8:)
 
there is any tewaks? cuz 14.2.0 patch is out...
 
Tested this with my current team, I've been forced to change to a more successful tactic each time. Opposition keeps getting way too many chances, my defense is leaking badly with this and all my central defenders are top 20. My shots vs. goals ratio is horrible as well. No idea how you guys managed to get this to work. I have great players for every position and the tactic is fully trained.
 
If i get someone sent off, which striker do i leave? The dlf or the af?
Also, do you use any shouts?
What about match prep and training?

if someone sent off, replace the AF, and move DLF to center, and change to counter-attack
I do not use any shouts, and leave match prep and training to my assist manager
and I find this tactic works well for some team, but still not good enough for some other team, :(
I am now try to modify it to fit for all team and for the new 14.2 ME, hoping I will success.
