wont let me import schedules

i've downloaded a few schedules, theyre now in my downloads folder.
i've tried moving them, making a schedule file, when i go in the game and try to upload, nothing is there.
i am playing through stream, what EXACTLY do i have to do?

Put the schedules in
user > My Documents > Sports Interactive > FM2011 > schedules
if you don't have a schedule folder, make one.

i've done that but im afraid theyre just not appearing, neither are the tactics in the 'tactics' folder, quite a wind up tbh lol
