wont let me scout a player

for some reason it wont let me scout any player, does anybody have any idea why this would be

doesnt matter now figured it out, my board being idiots they would let me scout europe but now just uk for sorme reason

what team are you. It could be because you have scouting restrictions in place. Look in the Board Room tab, it will tell you about the clubs scouting.

I think you have to have a larger rep to be able to scout certain areas.

Most prem clubs should be able to scout worldwide

Maybe your team is on a tight budget and cannot afford to scout in other areas of the world.
