Work permission

How does exactly the work permission in the english league work?? I heard it's hard to sign youngster.. Someone please explain

ohh u mean work permit. yeah for youngsters/players from outside EU region, its sometimes hard.

sometimes, its not hard thouh, like if a player has good stats, then chance of him getting wp granted is high.

whereas younger players, like 14/15 year old regens from Africa or South America or any nation, wont easily get WP grant. but if a player like from Africa or South America or etc, has one of the EU nations as their secondary nationality (like spanish, italian, german, french, belgian, etc), then there's no worry for wp issues.

this thread if from fm11, but its principles is pretty much the same all around for fm12.

Also under-18 players from South American and most African clubs can't go abroad until they are 18
