Work permit denied

Hello, FM fans
I bought Alex Sandro in the starting of the 4th season, and he didn't get the work permit all the season... Do you know how can I get it?
 
Offer him a new contract as soon as possible, and the club will ask for a work permit!
 
He needs to be playing international matches in order for him to get a work permit. If he aint playing for Brazil, you wont be able to get him to sign a contract

Well you will get him to sign the contract but his work permit will be denied. Sorry.
 
If he has signed for you even though he doesn't have a WP, you must have a Belgian or Polish club as a feeder club. Send him there for three seasons, and he will become an EU member.
