couldnt find anywhere online that showed the work permit / registration rules for leagues in a list, so im going to put one together to hopefully help people out when picking new saves etc.
this is based off a 3rd season save, england and scotland obviously can vary wildly due to brexit
this is in an early stage, ill add to this over time if people are interested in me expanding beyond the first few key leagues
