Work Permit

please help me friends,,, I have a work permit problems on my player at Chelsea,,, players come from Indonesia and I bought it when I was 16 years old,,, how can I get a work permit?? players can't be loaned to any club .... please help and solution ...

You can appeal if you want a chance of getting him or don't appeal so then you don't get him or just wait till he's a few years older.
