Work Permit

I am now into season 2021/22 with Rochdale, I have taken them to the Championship but a player has requested to move to a bigger club. I have accepted countless offers but I can't get him a work permit for him to leave. He's Argentine and has been playing under me for 3/4 seasons so he should be a British citizen but I might be wrong. Every offer has came from English leagues so I don't know what to do to let him leave?

Your understanding of immigration law needs work. The rules have been changing frequently and the rules built in to fm probably reflect a simplified version of a programmers (almost certainly incorrect) understanding of the rules at one point in time. Visas have been issued which appear to be employer specific. In real life the movement of foreign workers is limited by a number of rules. Employing anyone from outside the EU is a headache. Welcome to my world.

Your player needs to have 10 caps for his country to get a work permit. Unless he is from an EU country
