Work Permit.

I signed a couple players and when they arrived at the club, it said i couldnt play them as i hadnt obtained a work permit.

How do i get them a work permit after they are already signed on?

Try offering a new contract, if that doesnt work I think you can get it in the new season.

Loan them out to a feeder club until they get work permits in Europe and then they can play for you.

Loan them out to another league e.g. Belgium where they dont need a work permit, then when they play there for a couple of years they wont need a permit
