I'm currently managing an English League 2 team, and my trouble with work-permit for young non-eu players is a nightmare.
Does anybody know if there is some sort of system?
Can't I sign any u21 non-european players or is there some sorts of criterias that has to be fulfilled etc.?
And which of the big leagues has the most liberal work-permit system?
