Have now tried to sign Lozano, Maia and Marlos and every single wp being rejected and rejected upon appeal?

I signed Marlos in the hope i can apply for one a little later after loaning him out, originally Brazilian nationality, he actually switched to Ukrainian and still every single apply is rejected.

Anyone else having this issue?

me too i had around 5 players WP being rejected

If your in the premier league look at the rules section of it. It mentions how a player needs 4 points and explains how to get them. Sometimes upping your transfer bid above a certain value will help.
