Workrate and Team Work Training?

I'm just on my Newcastle save and have captured the signature of Vukcevic and as you probably know his stats are very good but is slightly lacking in some important mental abilities, mostly Workrate but also Team Work.

I'm creating a training schedule for him but just wondering is there actually any setting I can put higher than the rest to try and improve these statistics?

I'm thinking ball control or tactics but am not completely sure so any help would be great, thanks

mental stats generally improve with age and experience, so as he plays more prem games they may improve. workrate will definately improve as he gets used to the fats pace of the english game. blast him with some intense fitness training to improve his physical stats, this will help his workrate stat too. as for teamwork, this requires tactical training to improve. also players generally work harder for a team thats winning, so success on the pitch may help.
