World Club Championship Question

Good Afternoon all,

I have a question about the World Club Championship. Does anyone know if all playable clubs can eventually win this competition? Are there any leagues or continental competitions that do not gain entry eventually to this competition. I realise it might not be possible to answer but you guys seem to have an uncanny knowledge for such things.

I think the winner of each continents Champions League qualifies so I imagine every playable team on the game can eventually.
