I'm on my 2nd season with tottenham and I was so close to winning the league but ended up finishing 4th, I have about 65 mill to spend on players and want to sign players that are going to increase my chances of winning the league.

thats my usual line up I was thinking about going for sterling, reus and varane any suggestions would be appreciated. I eventually want to create a super team

Tielemans, Goretzka, Zivkovic, Gabriel Jesus are a few options who (i may be wrong) won't make you break the bank. They are all young and will develop greatly

Midfield - Lucas Romero, Roberto Pereyra
Defense - Alvarez Balanta, Mattia De Sciglio
Forward - Vincent Aboubaker, Simone Zaza

In season 2, these guys should be comfortably affordable and less than 65m in total.

CM- Look at Albin Ekdal, Louis Reed, Diego Poyet. Vincent Pajot and Sergi Roberto
CB-Okore from Aston Villa is just a BEAST and so is Ron Vlaar.
Striker- Rhodes, Benteke or Zaza.
