Worst Team in the Worst league

I am looking to take over at the worst club in the worst playable league possible,

Does anyone have any ideas of who that is?

looking for a difficult challenge and think this will be a good one,

Any input would be appreciated

Umm, it's not playable from the start so you have to download the league, but all teams are semi professional to start out with. If you really want a challenge then take over the National team as well and try to do well with them as well.
