well that would be unrealistic but I think making Negative Comments on other managers come close to what u want?

You CAN give negative comments, even go as far as laughing at their poor managerial skills and such, and calling a ref blind, but no insults other than that. That would make it unrealistic as, in real life, the manager could be sued for slander.
