Would like help please

Hi guys, was just wondering if anybody knew the blue sqaure prem or north/south well enough to give me advice.

I'm bored if being big teams and when i go into the lower league i always end up wanting to be southampton.

I would like to know who you consider the best and most challenging teams to be at this level and also some good players for all positions.
