would this formation from FM13 work for FM14?

hey guys. i use this formation and it had brilliant results for me (the regen Barbero is 5/5 stars at only 23) and was wondering if it would translate well over to FM14. an alteration of tactics is a possible option but i really like using this formation

that whole side is stacked with regens, really. best non-regen is hazard and he's 30.

sorry to double post/bump my own thread but is there any chance this formation would work? any tactical adjustments could be made but would the formation itself work at all? 3-2-1-2-2

The thing about FM14 is that the players int he formation are now more important than the formation itself. A tactic is just a shape but you need to carefully decide on a shape to utilizes your player's strengths effectively.

There is no "yes, it will work" or "no, it's FM13 only" since the way the new ME relies heavily on getting the right players into the right roles. Look at your squad and if you have the players to play that system, test it out and see if it's viable.
