Is he a flop?
I'm in my 3rd season
His attributes are amazing and he is still only 24
 
Nope. You'll probably be able to sell him for around about the same price you paid
 
If thats his first season i'd consider it somewhat decent considering i've found players take atleast a season to settle in.
 
i would concider were in the team he plays if cm i would say he done good but if he played in an attacking position i say that he not done good but that my view :)
 
If he's playing as a CM, good signing and decent first year. If AMC then it's okay at best. Settling can take anywhere from a month to 2 years.
