If thats his first season i'd consider it somewhat decent considering i've found players take atleast a season to settle in.

i would concider were in the team he plays if cm i would say he done good but if he played in an attacking position i say that he not done good but that my view

If he's playing as a CM, good signing and decent first year. If AMC then it's okay at best. Settling can take anywhere from a month to 2 years.
