WTF!?! Arsenal is building a new stadium..... again :)

So I'm in season 2013/2014 playing with Arsenal and the board decided they gonna build a new stadium. But don't they have a recent stadium?

More funny, the new stadium will have less capacity (about 5k) than the Emirates Stadium.
