WTF Mitrovic foreign?

I just signed Mitrovic for Valencia first season thinking he wasnt foreing as I already have 3 and now i cant register him as hes foreign even though hes from Serbia? which is in europe

Check the rules for the league. I'm pretty sure Serbia is excluded.

Serbia is non-EU....therefore foreign. The nation has to be withing the EU to be exempt from that
