Xbox Live HELP!

well i just bought a 12month gold membership. The code works but then it asks me what post code im in and it only has numbers it wont let you type in letters

every option for buying stuff is in dollars even though i put in that my location is UK

just gone on xbox.com and it says my country is USA so anoyyed right now

That is why the post code is all numbers, as Zip Codes are all numbers.
