XBOX MS Points Help

Hi I am trying to add a new card to my XBOX account to buy MS points and I have tryed through the Xbox and Internet way and it will not buy the points or even add the card to my account, it says "Please enter a valid credit card number." when I have copied it straight off the card, any help?

mmm I don't really have any ideas for you , I just tried to change mine on xbox.com and it worked fine are you sure you put in the secutiy code etc correctly ? did you try it with/without the spaces between the card number
