My xbox died 2 weeks ago and we sent it off on wednesday, to frankfurt, Germany and it has been sent but has been in 'Rampe' in Germany for a while now and i'm just wondering if that's normal, also i'm just wondering if i have to do anything for it to be sent back...

Usually takes 2-3 weeks to fix and get sent back, I friend of mine had his sent to Germany, then China and then back to Germany and then back to England, I'm sure it's a standard procedure
