WHAT ON EARTH DOES THIS MEAN!?

It keeps coming up whenever I try to play FM!?

I've had this, I pressed enter a few times and the game started..

Its just that it made my save with Bristol Rovers corrupt and I couldnt open it!!
I was gutted aswell, 2nd in the league with 18 games played!
