Yet another silly question...

I had a a search but couldnt find anything so Im going to ask what may sound a very silly question given how long Ive been an FM head, but there are SO many new impressive editors and resources out these days I thought it's worth asking - after all a wise man once said "The only stupid question is one not asked".

Is there ANY way at all, using all the tools at our disposal now, to add a playable league/nation mid-game?

Perhaps some expert FM hacker among us may have some ideas on this?
