Antunes and Adrien, really cheap initially, John Fleck up front, C. Azpilicueta, sien, Sakho is a good shout, Moutinho is under 21 initially and is quite cheap, ballotelli, theres loads of options, personally i think it would be too easy, with the quality of youth these days, i think your challenge should still be under 21, but to be a prem team and buy potential wonderkids/ youth from championship and below......

i disagree i won botht the leaugue cup and the fa cup with kids i came 8th in the premier league with manutd and not one player is above 22
