Young English Goalkeeper

Just started a new Arsenal save and I am trying to buy young English / British players and I was wondering who the best young English goalkeeper in the game is. I know alot of people are going to say Jack Butland but my scouts only have him rated as a 3 star potential. What do you guys think?
