Young English talent

Just started a game as Wigan, and my team at the moment is actually okay. I was wondering if anyone could suggest any affordable young English talent for to build the future of the team. I don't have a huge budget, about £6m but if anyone could suggest anyone, thanks a lot.

You could have a look at Zaha, Clyne and Scannell from palace and Mutch and Redmond from Birmingham.
