Hopefully someone can help...

I have a young player (21), but he has really low stamina and is always knackered at the end of a game. I have to make a special training schedule for him cos my normal ones are too heavy for him. I've put him on individual training for stamina but not sure what else i can do

anyone know anything?
 
Nuture him, bring him on after 65+ minutes and individually train his stamina and make sure he has a high strength and aerobic training scheme that will improve his stamina.
 
Try and get him not to get him injured at all,good fitness coaches and physios, hopefully he should develop if hes still young...
