Hi there, im finding really easy to develop regens in these lasts fm (13 and 14), sometimes my players reaches hes PA at the age of 19,20...But i saw in some site that hes mental atributtes grows more between 20 and 25 years, so my question, would be better to maybe stop my players development? so i can start to truly develop a players ate the age of 20, or 21?
