if uv got 100k as ur budget u could raid clyde in scottish d1. neil mcgregor (DR, C) for 16k, tom brighton (AMR, SC) for about 20k, craig bryson (MC, AMC) for about 30k, michael mcgowan (DR) 12k. u can get marc kalenga (DM, MC) from rangers reserves for between 0-5k. soz can't be much more help
