young players

ive bought many 16 and 17 year olds and am wondering what to do with them. should i put them in reserve squad or first team or loan out or what. btw these aren't normal young players there players like niang and fierro. so what should i do with them?

my method is simple, buy him if he's good enough or add him to shortlist to watch him developing (somehow i dont believe in scour report ...). Try to use players with high determination tutor the potential players. Until he develop him well, introduce him to the squad slowly. If you cant fit him in the team, loan him out to some club with top/good training facilities that he can play as much as he can. The rest is up to you. If he develops well, keep him. If he doesnt, say goodbye and look for another potential players.
