Young RM for Burnley 2011/2012

Hi I need recommendations for a young understudy for Chris Eagles at the RM position (not so much AMR) for my Burnley save in the 2011/2012 season. He doesn't have to be Prem quality yet, but I want him to have the potential to be a good Premiership right winger or better in the future. He also needs to be willing to sign for a mid to lower table side in the Prem.
