Young Squad, need some help please.

hey, i wanted to create a very young squad that can still challenge for the premier league/la liga/serie a etc, and was wondering first of all:
What team should i pick (Besides arsenal, as i think thats cheating)
And,
What players would be suitable?
i was thinking Ramieres, Kerrison, and perhaps hernandes.

I like playing with the barcelona formation of 4-2-3-1.
